Marxism, Mills Elitism, Weber's Bureaucratic Elitism, ⇰→→→ Pluralism.
One Person, nor one group should have all the power in a democracy, or we would not be a democracy. In our democracy we practice Pluralism, which mainly, as said in Wilson's Theories of Governance is that, " political resources, such as money, prestige, expertise, organizational position, and access to the mass media, are so widely in our society and in the hands of such a variety of persons that no single elite has anything like a monopoly on them." We see this all the time, especially on social media to express opinions and also to get others to see our points of view. Pluralism is mainly about a competition among groups, each one pressing for its own preferred  policies.

As seen by this tweet by Donald Trump, he is expressing his opinion on his side of things about protestors against him, but this obviously wont stop the protesting against him since by pluralism people will continue to do this for its own preferred policies which means people will continue to do and say what they want to get what they want, just as Donald Trump does, as do all Americans do. Now this is only one example. Pluralism is used constantly in America and can be huge things, such as protestors in Charlottesville who wanted the Confederate statues down. To small things, being maybe a group of kids screaming and throwing a tantrum to get what they want. Pluralism is used all the time, by basically all of Americans.
