New White House Communications Director, Anthony Scaramucci, warns against White House leaks
Recently the White House has appointed a new Communications Director: Anthony Scaramucci. According to many sources, the amount of leaks have increased in the past few months. There has been 125 leaks in 126 days for Trump White House, unprecedented. Leaks can be documents, emails, memos, etc. In this case, these leaks are not supposed to be for public consumption. Scaramucci promises to fire these people from announcing the leaks to the media/public. He does, in fact, have “‘the authority from the president to do that’” (Fox News).
These leaks that are getting out to the public is restraining our protection from the government. It's dangerous! According to Fox News, “Scaramucci also claimed that some leaks from other executive agencies came from what he called ‘political holdovers from the Obama administration that want to put a hurt on the Trump administration.’”
